Yes, you can order a sample before starting bulk production. A sample allows you to check the fabric, stitching, sizing, colors, logo placement, and overall quality before approving the full order. Please note that sample charges are required in advance and are non-refundable.
What is the turnaround time for custom team or club orders?
Turnaround time depends on the product type, order quantity, design complexity, customization method, and sample approval. Once the sample and final design are approved, production usually begins after the required deposit is received. We will provide an estimated production and delivery timeline when confirming your order.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) per article?
Our minimum order quantity is 40 pieces per design and color. We do not offer single-piece custom orders. MOQ may vary depending on the product style, fabric, and customization requirements.
