Terms and Conditions
1. Payment Methods
Elite City Apparel accepts the following payment methods:
Bank Wire Transfer
Banker’s Cheque for approved local customers only
Western Union
MoneyGram
Xoom
Other secure and convenient payment services approved by our team
All payment details will be provided after order confirmation.
2. Currency
All prices are quoted in USD, United States Dollars, unless another currency is clearly mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
3. Minimum Order Quantity
Our minimum order quantity is 40 pieces per design and color. We do not offer single-piece custom orders.
4. Pricing and Quotes
Prices may vary depending on product type, fabric, customization method, quantity, design complexity, packaging, and shipping requirements.
All quotes provided by Elite City Apparel are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. After this period, pricing may be revised based on updated material, labor, or shipping costs.
5. Sample and Design Approval
Before bulk production begins, a sample may be created for customer review and approval.
Production will only begin after the customer approves the sample, design details, sizing, colors, logo placement, and other order specifications.
A non-refundable advance payment is required for all samples before sample production begins. Sample charges may vary depending on the product type, design, fabric, and customization requirements.
6. Payment Schedule
Elite City Apparel requires a 50% deposit of the total order value before production begins.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid after order completion and before shipment.
For established customers with a proven payment history, alternative payment terms may be discussed and approved on a case-by-case basis.
7. Payment Due Date
The deposit payment is due within 15 days from the date of the deposit invoice.
The final balance payment is due within 15 days from the date of the final invoice and must be completed before shipment.
8. Late Payment
Payment delays may affect the production timeline, delivery schedule, and processing of current or future orders.
Timely payment is necessary to ensure smooth production, order completion, and shipment.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled without penalty only within three days of placing the order, provided that production has not started.
Cancellation requests received after sample approval, material sourcing, cutting, printing, embroidery, stitching, or any production process has started may be subject to additional charges.
Custom-made products cannot be canceled once production is in progress unless approved by Elite City Apparel.
10. Delivery and Shipping
Shipping costs are not included in product prices unless clearly stated in the quote or invoice.
Shipping charges will be calculated and added to the final invoice based on order size, weight, destination, and preferred shipping method.
Elite City Apparel is committed to arranging secure and reliable delivery services for customer orders. We aim to ensure safe and timely delivery to the customer’s specified destination.
If you have specific shipping preferences, courier requirements, or delivery instructions, please share them with us before shipment so we can do our best to accommodate your request.
11. Taxes, Customs, and Duties
Unless otherwise stated, quoted prices do not include taxes, customs duties, import fees, or any other charges applied by local authorities.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, clearance fees, or other costs required by their country or local customs agency.
We recommend checking with your local tax authority or customs office before placing an order to understand any applicable charges.
12. Credit Terms
Elite City Apparel does not offer credit terms as a standard policy.
All orders must be prepaid according to the payment schedule mentioned in these Terms and Conditions. Payment is required before production begins and before shipment.
We do not release products on credit unless special terms have been approved in writing for established customers.
13. Customization and Artwork
Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logo files, design instructions, sizing details, colors, and product specifications.
Elite City Apparel will not be responsible for errors caused by incorrect information, low-quality artwork, wrong sizing details, or unapproved design changes provided by the customer.
Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and may affect the production timeline.
14. Production Timeline
Production timelines may vary depending on order quantity, product type, customization method, material availability, sample approval, and payment completion.
Estimated production times are provided for guidance only and may change due to delays in approval, payment, shipping, material availability, or other factors beyond our control.
15. Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced items caused by an error from Elite City Apparel.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for approved custom orders unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or production error.
Refunds may be issued for approved returned items, or replacements may be provided, depending on the situation and our return policy.
Customers must report any defective or damaged products within a reasonable time after receiving the order, along with clear photos or evidence of the issue.
16. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order with Elite City Apparel, the customer confirms that all order details, designs, quantities, sizes, colors, and customization instructions have been reviewed and approved.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that submitted logos, artwork, and brand materials do not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
17. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with Elite City Apparel, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all orders, samples, custom manufacturing requests, private label orders, and related services provided by Elite City Apparel.
